Follow the below simple steps to take the practice test with eTutor:

  • Firstly, login to eTutor by using your credentials
  • click on respective Subject Name on the dashboard
  • select the chapter, to start the self practice tests
  • Read the instructions and click on START
  • Practice test started and question will be displayed with a timer running on top right corner - to capture how much you have spent in answering that question
  • You can skip or pause or Select the answer and click on submit
  • You will get the result, click on view solution to view solution for that question
  • Click on Next question, to answer the next question
  • At any point of time, you can click on finish to stop the practice test
  • After clicking on finish, test result will be displayed
  • You will have option to continue the practice test by clicking on continue
  • Click on Back to navigate to Dashboard
Note: If the student has subscribed to two or more course, he/she has to select the course first. Then, proceed to take either Practice or My tests.

Follow the below simple steps to take my test with eTutor:
  • Firstly, login to eTutor by using your credentials
  • navigate to upcoming cart on the dashboard
  • click on the start beside the test name to start the test
  • After clicking on Start, you will be navigated to General Instructions page
  • Read the instructions carefully, and click on START
  • Question paper will be loaded, subject wise tabs displayed to jump from one subject to another subject
  • On right hand side, you will find question pallet, to select the question
  • Once you have answered the question, click on save & next to move forward to the next question
  • You can also Mark for Review or Save and Mark for Review or Report the question or clear the answered response by clicking on clear
  • Click on submit to submit the exam
  • After clicking on submit you will be navigated to test result page
  • You can review your test attempt after completion of exam time
Note: If the student has subscribed to two or more course, he/she has to select the course first. Then, proceed to take either Practice or My test.

My Test module is intended for Admin & Teacher, which allows them to customize, create and assign tests to students. The time duration can be set, various chapters can be picked and the test date can be scheduled, for which the students would be able to take the test accordingly.



Through ‘Practice Test’ Students can plan and practice chapter-wise tests from the particular subject to increase the proficiency in terms of speed, accuracy and problem solving. Test duration can be defined based on the student convenience but within the limit of 30 minutes.
This module is designed for students and it defines various types of tests in which one can take the ongoing tests scheduled by the Admin/ Teacher. It even allows the students to take the practice test for themselves.
  • Login to eTutor & navigate to left side menu
  • Select the course & click on ‘Practice Dashboard’
  • The dashboard displays your overall practice test results with detailed analysis of all subjects and your chapter-wise strengths & weaknesses in a graphical representation view.








  • After successful login into eTutor, click on Test Reports from left side menu
  • You will be navigated to Student Exam Dashboard page
  • Select the test name by clicking on the filter
  • selected test result will be displayed
  • You will find test Score, Speed, and Accuracy
  • Next section displays performance on chapter wise performance report
  • Next section displays performance on Subject wise details
  • Next section you will find Strengths & Weakness
  • In final section, analytics of tests, clicking on review button you can review individual test attempt
  • Review test page provides information about Attempted Questions, Correctly Answered, Negative marks, Score
  • Status of particular question, whether correct / incorrect also displayed
  • Clicking on View Solution button opens a popup where solution for that particular question is shown



Basically, you can take the tests in two ways.
  1. From Mobile App - After login - navigate to Upcoming on dashboard
  2. From Web - After login - navigate to upcoming on dashboard


  • Once the Practice Test is completed, the ‘Test Result’ report displays:
      • Attempted Questions
      • Correctly Answered
      • Duration Taken
      • Negative Marks and
      • Your Score
  • If you click on ‘Review’ button, it will direct you to the detailed review analysis with solutions.
  • From here, you can also navigate directly to the ‘My Tests’ dashboard by clicking on ‘Home’ button.
  • You can also take another new test from here by clicking on ‘Take Another Test’ button.
  • Once the Practice Test is completed, the ‘Test Result’ report displays:
    • Attempted Questions
    • Correctly Answered
    • Duration Taken
    • Negative Marks and
    • Your Score
  • If you click on ‘Review’ button, it will direct you to the detailed review analysis with solutions.
  • From here, you can also navigate directly to the practice dashboard by clicking on ‘Home’ button.
  • You can also take another new test from here by clicking on ‘Take Another Test’ button
It’s a versatile and convenient module crafted for teachers to assist them in creating subject-wise tests, track & analyze students’ performance to provide better personalized assessment and guidance. Consolidated view and instant access to the entire students’ data reduces most of their burden involved in measuring best, least and average scores. Subject-Wise analysis, Chapter-Wise analysis and Students’ Analytics are configure really well with eTutor.
1. After successful login into etutor, click on Test Reports icon from leftside menu

2. You will navigate to Test reports page,

3. Apply class, test name, and section filter to find analytics of the test.

4. You can find Best, Average, and Least Student's score, accuracy, & speed.

5. Next section display Subject and Chapter Analysis

6. Graph is plotted with score percentage as x-axis and student count as y-axis

7. Percentage range each shows the level of students preparation

8. clicking on the bar graph to get a popup showing student list with their percentages

9. Next section display Chapter wise performance report,

10. Select chapter through filter to get results

11. Next section show chapter wise strengths and weakness

12. Next, Analytics Of Students’ shows the list of students who have written that particular test

13. Click the view button to view the details pertaining to that particular student

14. You will redirect you to Student Exam Dashboard screen

15. You review individual student attempt
It’s a convenient module for Administrators which allows them to add and import students’ information in bulk or individual basis, upload & allocate teachers, compose questions, assign tests and publish results with ease.
There are few simple steps to be followed for composing and assigning the test to students.
  • Login to eTutor with your credentials
  • Create New Test
  • Compose Questions
  • Assign Test
  • Go ahead & Publish

  • Login to eTutor & navigate to Students in the left side menu
  • Click on ‘Import Students’
  • Download the Sample Students File
  • Fill the details of all students according to the sample data present in downloaded sheet
  • Select the particular course
  • Click on ‘Choose File’ button to upload the Excel Sheet
  • Now, click on ‘Upload’ button
You can also click on ‘Reset’ button to upload the sheet again
1. After successful login into eTutor, click on Student icon from left side menu

2. Click on Add Student

3. Enter Student profile details

4. click on Next

5. Enter Student Address details

6. click on next

7. Select and assign Subject, class and sections

8. click on next

9. review the details

10. click on submit

Student will be Added Successfully for that particular Course and you see the same info in the students search page.

2. To modify teacher course or class details

  • Once after composing questions, you’ll be directed to the ‘ASSIGN TEST’ section, from where you can enrol students individually or in bulk for the test

To Compose JEE Advanced Test,

1. After successful login into eTutor, click on exams icon from left side menu

2. click on Jee Advanced Tests

3. click on create test

4. Test has to composed in 4 steps

5. Enter Test name, Duration, select course

6. Enter Subject wise question type

7. Enter number of questions

8. Enter marks per question

9. Enter negative marks

10. click on action column to freeze it and can't delete

11. after selecting the question count

12. click on next

13. click on add questions

14. Test configuration is displayed

15. select question type,

16. select class

17 select chapter

18. select topic

19. snip the question using mathpix tool

20. paste the output in questions cart

21. click on process

22. select the correct answers

  • Login to eTutor using your credentials.
  • To download the report, Click on "Exam report" from left side menu.
  • you will be navigated to the exam reports page.
  • You can search for a test name in search field.
  • Now your searched test will be appeared in test list
  • Now, please click on download
  • A pop up appears to select class and section
  • after selection of class and section
  • Now please click on submit button
  • You have successfully downloaded the exam report

To make teacher login inactive

1. After sucessfull login into etutor, click on Teachers icon from left side menu

2. Click on inactive icon from action column of respective teacher

3. click on action icon from action column to make active

To make Student login active or inactive

1. After sucessfull login into etutor, click on Students icon from left side menu

2. Click on inactive icon from action column of respective student

To modify or student course subscription

1. After sucessfull login into etutor, click on Students icon from left side menu

2. To modify student course or class details

  • Once after enrolling the students for the test, you got to proceed to publish the test for which below steps need to be followed,

Steps:

  • Enable the ‘Publish Test’ button
  • Give the ‘Start Date & Time’ of the test
  • Set the ‘End Date & Time’ of the test
  • Click on the ‘FINISH’ button to publish the test


After Publishing Key Notes:

  • Please note that once you publish the test, you cannot edit it but the exam schedule can be pre or postponed.
  • You can only extend the end date of the test if required, but not start date if it is exceeded
  • If you publish the test a day before the exam scheduled date, it will be displayed as ‘Coming Soon’ to students
  • If the student missed to take the test on time, it will be shown as ‘Missed Test’ to the student


To reset or update student password

1. After sucessfull login into etutor, click on Students icon from left side menu

2. to reset student password

3. click on reset button of respective student

4. Enter new password

5. enter confirm new password

6. click on submit
1. After sucessfull login into etutor, navigate to SCORE AVERAGE ON TESTS from left side menu

2. Select course, and section

3. students list with individual test score and average score of all the tests will be displayed.

  • Login to eTutor using your credentials.
  • To create a class, click on scheduler from left side menu.
  • you will be navigated to the Scheduler page.
  • To schedule a new class, please click on Add Event option.
  • and you will be navigated to the Add event page.
  • Please select date, start time and end time, Day type as working, Event as online,
  • Select Teacher
  • select subject
  • Now select class & section.
  • Then next click on "Submit" button.
  • Click on scheduler
  • You will find scheduled class in list
Login into eTutor using login id and password.

  • After entering your login id and password
  • please click on sign in button.
  • After successful login, you will be redirect to dashboard.
  • Navigate to class work card by scrolling down,
  • there you can find online classes scheduled for different subjects.
  • To join online class, click on "join" button.
  • by Clicking the join button, you will redirect you to the live class page.
  • choose the Microphone option and you will connect echo test.
  • speak few words, if you are able to hear your own voice,
  • please click on "YES", to join the live class.

To share an external video in the online class,

  • click on “Action" button and select an external video option.
  • Then you will be redirected to the share a new video page.
  • copy the YouTube or any video link and paste here.
  • Now click on the share a new video.
  • You can control the video by pausing or playing.

To share your screen
  • click on "share your screen" icon in the online class.
  • Then you will get a pop up to select.
  • share your entire screen, Application window, or chrome tab.
  • select as per your choice and click on share button to start sharing.
  • To stop share a screen click on “stop sharing your screen” option.

To Start the Online Class

  • Login to e Tutor using your credentials.
  • On dashboard go to class work card.
  • To start the class, click the ellipsis, where start button will be shown.
  • Clicking the start button will redirect you to the "Live class" page.
  • Choose the Microphone option to teach class.
  • After choosing microphone option you will connect echo test.
  • speak few words, if you are able to hear your own voice, please click on "YES".
  • Then you are connected to the class.

Teacher can upload a presentation during an online class

  • Teacher can upload a presentation through the "Action" button.
  • Go to the Action button and click on "Upload presentation".
  • You will be navigated to upload Presentation Page.
  • Drag or select the files by clicking on browse for files option.
  • Select the file and upload
  • you can make this presentation downloadable to the students, by enabling the download option.
  • use the delete option, to delete the presentation.
  • Now Click on upload button to upload the file selected.
  • The uploaded file will be shared on the classroom screen.
  • You can Zoom in or Zoom out your presentation.
  • Click on next slide to move next slide or page.

By default, you will get a white board.
  • On the right-hand side, use tools for annotation on white board.
  • Use the Hand tool to pan.
  • Use pen/pencil to write any Text or shapes or message on white board.
  • Use the Shapes - to identify an object on the white board.
  • Select colour of your choice.
  • To delete annotations, use undo tool.
  • And you can delete also by clicking on delete option.
  • If teacher turn on "Multi-user whiteboard" then above same tools will appear for student also.
  • Click on next slide to move to the next slide or page.

Once after composing questions, you’ll be directed to the ‘ASSIGN TEST’ section, from where you can enrol students individually or in bulk for the test.
Steps:
  • Select the class / section
  • click on Assign
  • All the students of that particular class / section will be enrolled for the test
  • Once after completing the first step, you’ll be landing in the ‘Compose Questions’ section, in which the subject you selected in test creation will be displayed here.
  • Now select the subject to compose the questions
  • Questions composing can be done in two ways:
    • By Adding
    • Just Picking
  • Adding: Manually, you can add your own set of questions for the test using OCR Interface. For this you required a special tool - mathpix (Download it from - https://mathpix.com/)
  • Steps:
    • Select Question Type, Class, Chapter and Topic
    • Using mathpix tool, snip the questions from PDF / Image
    • Paste the mathpix tool output, to OCR Interface cart
    • If images to be added, snip the images and upload the image using Add Image option available
    • Click on process
    • select the correct answers for the questions
    • Click on the save
  • Picking: Here, you can directly pick the available questions for the default Question Bank of eTutor
  • Steps:
    • Select Question Type
    • Select the Class
    • Select the Chapter
    • Select Topic (Optional)
    • Mark the ‘Action’ checkbox to select the question
    • Pop up raises asking you for the confirmation
    • Click on ‘OK’ button
  • Note:
  • From ‘View Questions’, you can view already assigned questions of the subject for the test. If required, you can delete the questions!
  • NEXT: Click here to navigate to the Assign Test page.
  • PREVIOUS: It takes you to the previous step (Create New Test) of Test Composition.
  • Please note that if you do any changes to the Questions Count section in the ‘Test Creation’ page, composed questions will be deleted.
  • Once after completing the first step, you’ll be landing in the ‘Compose Questions’ section, in which the subjects you selected in test creation will be displayed here.
  • Now select the subject to compose the questions

  • Select the Course.
  • Click on ‘Next’ button.
  • Allocate the no. of questions per each subject.
  • Mark the ‘Action’ checkbox.
  • Now, click ‘NEXT’ button to save the test.
1. After successful login into etutor, click on evaluation icon

2. you will be navigated to evaluation page

3. By applying filter, select the test.

4. Students list assigned for the test will be loaded

5. you can find mark option in action column for the students who have submitted answer sheets.

6. click on mark button to start evaluation

7. Now you will redirected to on screen marking page

8. You will find a table showing question number , respective marks and max marks that can be allocated

9. letter c in the question number signifies that it is a choice question

10. submitted answer sheets will be show sheet cart

11. You can view question paper by clicking on Question button in the Sheets card

12. click on the question number, then a button with same index appears on the answer sheet

13. Submit the marks of specific question, on right hand side

14. Marks will be beside the question

15. Assign marks to every question and make a comment if necessary.

16. After marking all the questions click on Submit button at the top right corner of the page

17. A modal open showing the choice questions in it. Choose which of the choice question to mark and click post

18. select the ‘Mark For Review’ option at the bottom. Note that this action is important as selecting this option allows the student to review the evaluated papers.

19. Click Save button, Now that the papers are evaluated, the student can review evaluated papers
1. After successful login into eTutor, navigate to Descriptive Tests from left side menu

2. Click on create test button to compose descriptive test

3. Enter test name, test type, and subject in compose descriptive test

4. click on Next

5. you will be redirected to compose question, click on add questions

6. Enter the number of questions and marks per question

7. In compose paper section, questions will be added

8. you can add question parts by clicking on plus icon in action column

9 a modal will open after clicking on plus icon

10 enter number of question parts

11 marks per question

12. select yes if there is choice between question parts or else no

13 click on submit

14 you can see the question parts added

15 if want add more questions, click on add questions button

16 choose and upload the question paper in pdf format

17 click on view question paper - to view the uploaded question paper

18 click on next to assign the test

1. Login into eTutor

2. Scroll Down to bottom to find Descriptive Tests card

3. Click on Test Name

4. You will be directed to upload sheet page

5. Click on Paper Download button to download question paper.

6. After completing answer the questions, take snap shots of answer sheets and save them with name - 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg and so on.

7. click on upload sheets, browse and select upload sheets

8. To reset the selected sheets, click on Reset.

9. Click on upload to submit the sheets.

10. After clicking on upload, you will get submitted status and show Evaluation Pedning.

11. Once teacher has evaluated the sheets, you will get option to Review to attempt and score will be displayed.

12. Clicking on Review button - you can review the attempt.
1. After sucessfull login into etutor, navigate to upload sheets from left side menu

2. Apply filter, by selecting course, subject, Test Type, select test, class and section

3. click on show users

4. Student list will be displayed

5. click on upload button in action columns

6. a popup will be displayed to upload the file.

7. perpare a zip file of answers sheets

8. Choose file and click on submit

9. upload status will be changed to Done
Ask a teacher will helps in clarifying student doubts by communicating with teacher directly.

1. After successful login into etutor, click on ASk Teacher icon from leftside menu

2. You will navigate to Ask Teacher page,

3. Here you will find two tabs

4. One is my questions and other is Teacher Questions

5. Click on Post Question, to post question a new question to teacher

6. Select Teacher

7. Enter question title

8. Type the question

9. attach the files, if required

10. Click on Post Question

11. To take look on Teacher questions, click on Teacher questions tab

12. click on the question to view it

13. To post a reply, click on reply button

14. Now type a reply and attach files if required

15. click on Post Answer
Using Student Connect, teacher can connect with student by posting questions or assignments, and also will get responses from Students

To use Student Connect module

1. After successful login into etutor, click on Student connect icon from leftside menu

2. You will navigate to Student connect page,

3. Here you will find two tabs

4. One is my questions and other is Student Questions

5. Click on Post Question, to post question a new question or assignment to students

6. Enter question title

7. Type the question

8. attach the attachments, if required

9. Select Class and section

10. Click on Post Question

11. Click on Teacher Assignment, to go back to Student connect

12. To take look on student questions, click on Student questions tab

13. Apply filter, to view class wise students questions

14. click on the question to view it

15. To post a reply, click on reply button

16. Now type a reply and attach files if required

17. click on Post Answer
  • Login to eTutor using your credentials.
  • To create a class, click on scheduler from left side menu.
  • you will be navigated to the Scheduler page.
  • To schedule a new class, please click on Add Event option.
  • and you will be navigated to the Add event page.
  • Please select date, start time and end time, Day type as working, Event as online class,
  • Select Teacher
  • select subject
  • Now select class & section.
  • Then next click on "Submit" button.
  • Click on scheduler
  • You will find scheduled class in list
To Send Notifications,

1. After successful login into eTutor, click on Notifications icon from left side menu

2. Click on create to create a new notification

3. Select all or students or Teachers to send notification

4. select class and section

5. enter the title

6. enter description

7. Attach files if you need to share

8. select send now to send notification

9. or select schedule later to schedule the notification

10. Select data and time to schedule

11. click on submit

  • After successful login into eTutor, navigate to notifications page from left side menu
  • you will find list of notifications sent my admin
  • click on notification - for more information
  • After successful login into eTutor, click on learning resources from left side menu
  • you can select the subject and class to filter the resources
  • After applying the filter, list of chapter will be displayed
  • clicking on particular chapter, you will be navigated to chapter wise resource list
  • Resources are available in PDF and Video formats.
  • Click on PDF or video to access the resource

3. In Add Learning Resource page,

4. select subject , class, chapter and topic

5. Select file type as file to upload file

6. or else select video to share youtube video link
