Subject-Wise analysis, Chapter-Wise analysis and Students’ Analytics are configure really well with eTutor.

  • Login to eTutor with your credentials
  • Navigate to the left side menu
  • Select the Course from the list
  • Click on the ‘Practice Dashboard’ tab
  • The practice dashboard for that particular course will be displayed

  • Click on ‘Composed Tests’ tab
  • Now, press the ‘Create Test’ button
  • Enter the required fields including
    • Test Name
    • Total Questions
    • Time Duration
    • Marks Per Question
    • Total Marks
    • Negative Marks (Optional)
  • · Select the Course
  • · Click on ‘Next’ button
  • · Allocate the no. of questions for your subject
  • · Mark the ‘Action’ checkbox
  • · Now, click ‘NEXT’ button to save the test

  • Once after completing the first step, you’ll be landing in the ‘Compose Questions’ section, in which the subject you selected in test creation will be displayed here.
  • Now select the subject to compose the questions
  • Questions composing can be done in two ways:
    • By Adding
    • Just Picking
  • Adding: Manually, you can add your own set of questions for the test
  • Steps:
    • Select the Class
    • Select the Chapter
    • Select Topic (Optional)
    • Enter the Question Details & Solution Type
    • Click on ‘Submit’ button to save the Question
  • Picking: Here, you can directly pick the available questions for the default Question Bank of eTutor
  • Steps:
    • Select the Class
    • Select the Chapter
    • Select Topic (Optional)
    • Mark the ‘Action’ checkbox to select the question
    • Pop up raises asking you for the confirmation
    • Click on ‘OK’ button
  • Note:
  • Selected subject details with Questions count, Marks breakdown and Time Duration would be also displayed here.
  • From ‘View Questions’, you can view already assigned questions of the subject for the test. If required, you can delete the questions!
  • SAVE AS DRAFT: Click here to navigate to the overall test list page.
  • PREVIOUS: It takes you to the previous step (Create New Test) of Test Composition.
  • Please note that if you do any changes to the Questions Count section in the ‘Test Creation’ page, composed questions will be deleted.

In this section, teacher can view the details of any particular student if required. Just need to enter the name of the student, from which the list of students will be displayed automatically. Then, click on the particular student to view the detailed analysis of the student you selected.

Once after composing questions, you’ll be directed to the ‘ASSIGN TEST’ section, from where you can enroll students individually or in bulk for the test.
Steps:
  • Search for Students & Set the Page Limit
  • Select the students from the list
  • Click on ‘Enroll’ button
  • Then press the ‘NEXT’ button

Once after enrolling the students for the test, you got to proceed to publish the test for which below steps need to be followed,
Steps:
  • Enable the ‘Publish Test’ button
  • Give the ‘Start Date & Time’ of the test
  • Set the ‘End Date & Time’ of the test
  • Click on the ‘FINISH’ button to publish the test
After Publishing Key Notes:
  • Please note that once you publish the test, you cannot edit it but the exam schedule can be pre or postponed.
  • You can only extend the end date of the test if required, but not start date if it is exceeded
  • If you publish the test a day before the exam scheduled date, it will be displayed as ‘Coming Soon’ to students
  • If the student missed to take the test on time, it will be shown as ‘Missed Test’ to the student

  • Login to eTutor using your credentials.
  • Navigate to left side menu & click on ‘Student Lookup’ tab.
  • Enter the name of student and click on the ‘Enter’ button.
  • The particular student performance dashboard will be opened.
