This module is holistically designed for principals, letting them access an intuitive dashboard to have a consolidated view on students’ performance & teachers’ lookup. Detailed drill down analytics and advanced graphical representation works really well, which offers a clarity over the marks, score, accuracy & speed obtained by students course-wise in each subject for particular test. Even the particular test results can be downloaded in excel format.
  • Login to eTutor using your credentials
  • Navigate to left side menu & click on ‘Student Lookup’ tab
  • Enter the name of student and click on the ‘Enter’ button
  • The particular student performance dashboard will be opened
  • Login to eTutor using your credentials
  • Navigate to left side menu & click on ‘Teacher Lookup’ tab
  • Enter the name of teacher and click on the ‘Enter’ button
  • The particular teacher’s dashboard will be opened
Principal can view the profiles of individual teacher through Teacher Lookup with ease. Just by entering the name of teacher, test-wise details of students for the concerned teacher will be displayed.
Follow the below simple steps to take the practice test with eTutor:

  • Firstly, login to eTutor by using your credentials
  • Click on ‘Take Test’ from the left side menu (or) directly navigate via ‘Practice Test’ button from top right side of the window
  • Select the subject from lest side menu & click on it
  • Pick your choice of chapter for which you’re going to take test
  • Set the desired time duration from the time bar & click on ‘Start Practice’
  • Read the instructions and click on ‘START’ button
  • Based on the time duration set, the questions will be loaded
  • Once you complete all the questions, just click on ‘Save & Next’ button
  • If the time is still remaining, more questions will be added up one-by-one
  • However, you can finish the test at any point of time by clicking ‘Submit’
  • Click on ‘OK’ & you’ll be directed to the ‘TEST RESULT’ page
Note: If the student has subscribed to two or more course, he/she has to select the course first. Then, proceed to take either Practice or My tests.

  • Firstly, login to eTutor by using your credentials
  • Go to ‘Take Tests’ from the left side menu & click on ‘My Tests’ (or) directly navigate to ‘My Tests’ button from top right side of the window
  • Now, click on ‘TAKE TEST’ button
  • Read the instructions listed and click on ‘START’ button
  • Then, the exam will be started; Questions & Time Duration will be loaded based on Admin/Teacher choice
  • Once you complete all the questions, just click on ‘Submit’ button
  • From the popup, click on ‘OK’ & you’ll be directed to the ‘TEST RESULT’ page
Note: If the student has subscribed to two or more course, he/she has to select the course first. Then, proceed to take either Practice or My test.

My Test module is intended for Admin & Teacher, which allows them to customize, create and assign tests to students. The time duration can be set, various chapters can be picked and the test date can be scheduled, for which the students would be able to take the test accordingly.



Through ‘Practice Test’ Students can plan and practice chapter-wise tests from the particular subject to increase the proficiency in terms of speed, accuracy and problem solving. Test duration can be defined based on the student convenience but within the limit of 30 minutes.
This module is designed for students and it defines various types of tests in which one can take the ongoing tests scheduled by the Admin/ Teacher. It even allows the students to take the practice test for themselves.
  • Login to eTutor & navigate to left side menu
  • Select the course & click on ‘Practice Dashboard’
  • The dashboard displays your overall practice test results with detailed analysis of all subjects and your chapter-wise strengths & weaknesses in a graphical representation view.

  • The dashboard displays individual my test wise results with detailed analysis of all subjects and your chapter-wise strengths & weaknesses in a graphical representation view.



Basically, you can take the tests in two ways.
  1. Login to the system > Go to left slider menu > Click on ‘Take Test’ drop down tab.
  2. The other way is to simply navigate the mouse on to the tabs made available on right side top of the window.


  • Once the Practice Test is completed, the ‘Test Result’ report displays:
      • Attempted Questions
      • Correctly Answered
      • Duration Taken
      • Negative Marks and
      • Your Score
  • If you click on ‘Review’ button, it will direct you to the detailed review analysis with solutions.
  • From here, you can also navigate directly to the ‘My Tests’ dashboard by clicking on ‘Home’ button.
  • You can also take another new test from here by clicking on ‘Take Another Test’ button.
  • Once the Practice Test is completed, the ‘Test Result’ report displays:

  • Now select the subject to compose the questions
  • Questions composing can be done in two ways:
    • By Adding
    • Just Picking
  • Adding: Manually, you can add your own set of questions for the test
  • Steps:
    • Select the Class
    • Select the Chapter
    • Select Topic (Optional)
    • Enter the Question Details & Solution Type
    • Click on ‘Submit’ button to save the Question
  • Picking: Here, you can directly pick the available questions for the default Question Bank of eTutor
  • Steps:
    • Select the Class
    • Select the Chapter
    • Select Topic (Optional)
    • Mark the ‘Action’ checkbox to select the question
    • Pop up raises asking you for the confirmation
    • Click on ‘OK’ button
  • Note:
  • Selected subject details with Questions count, Marks breakdown and Time Duration would be also displayed here.
  • From ‘View Questions’, you can view already assigned questions of the subject for the test. If required, you can delete the questions!
  • SAVE AS DRAFT: Click here to navigate to the overall test list page.
  • PREVIOUS: It takes you to the previous step (Create New Test) of Test Composition.
  • Please note that if you do any changes to the Questions Count section in the ‘Test Creation’ page, composed questions will be deleted.
In this section, teacher can view the details of any particular student if required. Just need to enter the name of the student, from which the list of students will be displayed automatically. Then, click on the particular student to view the detailed analysis of the student you selected.
  • Navigate to the left side menu
  • Click on ‘Composed Tests’ tab

  • Enter the required fields including
    • Test Name
    • Total Questions
    • Time Duration
    • Marks Per Question
    • Total Marks

  • · Mark the ‘Action’ checkbox

It’s a convenient module for Administrators which allows them to add and import students’ information in bulk or individual basis, upload & allocate teachers, compose questions, assign tests and publish results with ease.
There are few simple steps to be followed for composing and assigning the test to students.
  • Login to eTutor with your credentials
  • Create New Test
  • Compose Questions
  • Assign Test
  • Go ahead & Publish

  • Login to eTutor & navigate to the left side menu
  • Click on ‘Upload Students’
  • Download the Sample Students File
  • Fill the details of all students according to the sample data present in downloaded sheet
  • Select the particular course
  • Click on ‘Choose File’ button to upload the Excel Sheet
  • Now, click on ‘Upload’ button
You can also click on ‘Reset’ button to upload the sheet again
  • Login to eTutor & navigate to the left side menu
  • Click on ‘Add Student’
  • Enter all the required fields
  • Click on the ‘Next’ button
  • Enter all the mandate fields
  • Click on ‘Next’ Button
  • Select the Department, Section & Course
  • Now, press ‘Add’ button
Student will be Added Successfully for that particular Course and you see the same info in the students search page.

  • Download the Sample Teachers File

  • Select the students & enroll them by clicking on ‘Enroll’ button
  • Students will be assigned for the particular teacher successfully


  • Login to eTutor & navigate to the left side menu
  • Click on ‘All Teachers’
  • Select the particular course
  • Go to the particular teacher from all teachers section
  • Now click on ‘Action’ drop-down
  • Click on the ‘Subjects’ option
  • Select a subject for the particular teacher
  • Now, click on ‘Save Changes’
  • Once after composing questions, you’ll be directed to the ‘ASSIGN TEST’ section, from where you can enroll students individually or in bulk for the test

Steps:

  • Search for Students & Set the Page Limit
  • Select the students from the list
  • Click on ‘Enroll’ button
  • Then press the ‘NEXT’ button
  • Once after completing the first step, you’ll be landing in the ‘Compose Questions’ section, in which the subjects you selected in test creation will be displayed here.

  • Once after enrolling the students for the test, you got to proceed to publish the test for which below steps need to be followed,

Steps:

  • Enable the ‘Publish Test’ button
  • Give the ‘Start Date & Time’ of the test
  • Set the ‘End Date & Time’ of the test
  • Click on the ‘FINISH’ button to publish the test


After Publishing Key Notes:

  • Please note that once you publish the test, you cannot edit it but the exam schedule can be pre or postponed.
  • You can only extend the end date of the test if required, but not start date if it is exceeded
  • If you publish the test a day before the exam scheduled date, it will be displayed as ‘Coming Soon’ to students
  • If the student missed to take the test on time, it will be shown as ‘Missed Test’ to the student


  • Navigate to the left side menu.
  • Click on ‘Composed Tests’ tab.
  • Now, press the ‘Create Test’ button.
  • Enter the required fields including.
    • Test Name
    • Total Questions
    • Time Duration
    • Marks Per Question
    • Total Marks
    • Negative Marks (Optional)
  • Select the Course.
  • Click on ‘Next’ button.
  • Allocate the no. of questions per each subject.
  • Mark the ‘Action’ checkbox.
  • Now, click ‘NEXT’ button to save the test.
